Univers FY2025/26 Sustainability Report

Our fourth annual sustainability report, covering the reporting period of 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2026 (FY2025/26). Prepared with reference to ESRS, GRI and SASB standards, we engaged an external assurance provider to conduct independent limited assurance of the sustainability disclosures and greenhouse gas emissions data.

In FY2025/26, renewable energy capacity under our management grew 28% to 1,005 GW, extending a compound annual growth rate of 64% since 2017. Across these assets, we monitored an estimated 1,013 million tonnes of avoided carbon emissions for our customers.

This year also marked several important milestones for Univers. We were named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for the first time, earned an EcoVadis Gold Medal placing us in the 97th percentile of assessed companies, and achieved a CDP score of B, the highest score available to an SME in 2025. In addition, our science-based net-zero targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative.
