This Privacy Notice explains how Univers Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (“us” or “we”) collect and process your Personal Data (i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person) when you visit or use Univers websites, applications, products, services, and events. This Privacy Notice applies when we act as the Data Controller (i.e. when we determine the purposes and means of processing) collecting and processing your Personal Data. It does not apply when we act as a Data Processor (i.e. when we process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller) or third parties’s products, services, websites, or content.
We collect Personal Data from you when you visit our websites, visit our office, use our applications, products, and services, subscribe to our newsletter, attend our events, participate in discussion boards or social media sites, apply for a job with us, report a technical problem using our websites, applications, products, and services. We collect the Personal Data you provide or collect automatically when you are using our websites, applications, products, and services. Your Personal Data may be collected and processed by third‑party platforms. While we maintain rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and conduct periodic security assessments to ensure these third-party platforms adhere to strict Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs), we do not exercise direct control over their internal systems or day-to-day operations and cannot be held responsible for security failures or data breaches that occur on their platforms. In the event where we are aware of any third-party platform’s security incident relating to your data, we will work diligently to notify you and assist in any necessary remediation as required by law.

Right about automated decision-making and profiling

You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in the member state of your residence, where you work, or where the alleged infringement of data protection laws has occurred.
